Currently CTO and Co-Founder at Volto, where I am building an AI platform for customer research, applying first-hand what I recommend to others. Before that, Head of Data & Analytics at the Walter Group, and Data Scientist at Accenture and HeyStacks in Dublin, with projects across energy, finance, logistics and telecommunications. Along the way I learned where data and AI initiatives tend to fail, and what makes them deliver.
